We know our Ada Elementary Staff are the best around and here’s just another way to say thank you! This will be our second year doing a Treat Trolley and the feedback we got in year one was amazing. Believe us when we say this absolutely MAKES THEIR DAY when you show up on a random Thursday with nothing else going on and surprise them with a treat just for them!
So, here is the deal!
Step 1: Grab another family or two, or even a full neighborhood of Ada parents and pick a month below!
Step 2: Choose a date from the available school days in the sign up and our Treat Trolley PTO Chair will help with any questions you might have.
Step 3: From there, choose a fun theme or keep it simple! The idea is to share a yummy treat with the Ada staff members as you push a cart around the building. Treats can be your favorite homemade baked goods or something right from the store. Some like to decorate the cart and some like to again, keep it simple! Anything goes!!
Step 4: On your day, the office staff will provide you with our PTO cart upon arrival for you to load up and take off down the halls. And even if you can't be onsite to deliver the treats yourself, we can provide PTO volunteers!
Note: Approximate There are roughly 60-70 staff members at Ada, but not all are on site at any given time. You can leave things in mailboxes or the staff lounge.
Let us know if you have any questions or concerns before signing up!
