We take pride in nurturing our dedicated educators and staff relationships. Through a combination of initial classroom stipends and grants upon request, we ensure they kick off each school year on a positive note and have ongoing support for any needs that may arise. We're firm believers that cultivating teacher satisfaction contributes to higher morale and increased retention rates, ultimately fostering a joyful learning environment for our students!
