Ranger Rock Out is Ada Elementary’s biggest annual fundraiser — part walk-a-thon, part field day, and all parts fun! Each September, our students come together on the school grounds to “Rock it Out” with high-energy field-day stations featuring music, dancing, obstacle courses, and tasty treats.

The impact of this event is incredible. Funds raised have supported major school improvements such as:

  • Brand-new playground equipment
  • ​A state-of-the-art climbing wall in the gym
  • Cutting-edge classroom technology

Ranger Rock Out also fuels the many PTO-funded programs that make Ada special — from cultural arts and literacy initiatives to educational field trips and enrichment experiences throughout the year for ALL grade levels.

Thanks to the enthusiastic participation of our students, families, and community sponsors, we proudly raised over $25,000 (after expenses!) this year to directly benefit our school. Together, we’re showing what it means to be part of Ranger Country! 💚

​Scholastic Book Fair:  Offered in the fall each year, the Scholastic Book Fair is held in the school's Media Center during the week of parent-teacher conferences. Teachers and students create book wish-lists while previewing the fair then both students and their parents may purchase items during school day and conference hours. This event is a great way to stock up on gifts for teachers, students and other family members while supporting the school. All the proceeds from this event go directly back into the library and classrooms via Scholastic Bucks! 

Want to skip paper bills and loose change rolling around inside of backpacks? Parents can set up an eWallet for their children, a digital payment account for purchases at the fair. Family and friends can also contribute to the funds - be on the look out for a flyer in the fall coming home in backpacks!
Golf Fundraiser: The PTO Golf Outing is our annual spring fundraiser where parents, community members, and local businesses come together for a fun day of golf while supporting our school. Funds are raised through golfer participation, a silent auction, and raffles generously donated items from local families and businesses. Popular silent auction items include a premium parking space to skip the drop off/pick up line for a year, Principal for a Day, a playdate with our Pride Pup, Chase, and classroom parties like pizza, donut and popsicle parties coordinated by the PTO for their child's classroom. 

Proceeds from this event helps the PTO continue funding programs, events, and resources that directly benefit our students and staff in the spring and the early part of the following school year!​
